Consortium RECON-LUDAN is opening a great project located in Ploiesti area.
The project will treat/eliminate the historical residual oil sludge deposited into natural ponds, Gara Ploiesti Triaj Pond and Gara Brazi Pond.
The site activities will start with April 2010 and it will be finished in December 2012. The Consortium is looking for medium term participation into Romania and emergent markets and it has envisaged few similar projects as continuation.

Improving the existing processes and procedures in financial area, in particularly related to the delivery of quality management information within reasonable time

Working out short and long term financial strategy in cooperation with Finance Director, the management of the Company and of the Group

Implementing and providing support on implementation of uniform standards related to cost management

Controlling the key financial risks and ensuring optimal allocation of assets in order to manage them efficiently

Supervising the preparation of group and statutory annual financial statements in terms of quality and timeliness

Supervising the tax matters in local and international context

Supervising the budgeting process

Requirements:

Relevant university degree like economy, law, finance and accounting or foreign trade or certificate in auditing or banking

Financial knowledge on accounting, management information, banking industry

Very good knowledge and understanding of internal control and internal audit function

Minimum 3 years management experience in finance department

Analytical thinking

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Excellent people management skills

Project management background;

Ability to interpret legal, accounting and tax regulations

Installation/ Technical/ Construction University degree
Min. 5 years experience
